12th August 2019Just wanted to say thank you very much to Fabio for a really enjoyable walk in the woods yesterday in Surrey. He even controlled the weather!
We had a super like-minded bunch of people and Fabio was generous with his information, not to mention his elderflower champagne and fabulous mushroom soup and fruit leathers.
He made cooking from scratch look so easy and I can understand why one young man, Gary, was coming along for his third trip. I shall certainly look forward to booking again, probably in the spring.
I shall look forward to receiving some notes and recipes from our day out and I hope you will pass on our thanks to Fabio.
