Sitting in the midst of the South Downs, this impressive mix of open grassland and vast woodland provide a diverse habitat for a wide range of wild plants and mushrooms to flourish throughout the year.

Situated on top of the Kent Downs in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, you’ll find a private and beautiful woodland, designated as a local wildlife site and brimming over with nature.

You’ll learn all about the lovely wild greens – and hopefully some early mushrooms – that can be found growing in this beautiful city Park, whilst learning to forage with more confidence.

The Ewhurst Park team are embarking on an estate-wide biodiversity project, which makes this venue a very special place to learn about foraging.

This beautiful country park sits in 180 acres of established parkland and ancient woodland. This provides a diverse habitat for a wide range of wild plants and mushrooms to flourish throughout the year.

Shalford Park is a beautiful riverside park on the outskirts of Guildford, running along the River Wey. With a mixture of open grassland and riverside, this beautiful park is the perfect place for a diverse range of edible wild foods to flourish.

Chantry Woods’ approximately 200 acres of woodlands are home to British Oak, Ash, Beech, American Redwood and Fir making it ideal for Summer and Autumn foraging.

This large West Sussex park’s mixture of broad-leaved woodland, heathland and lakes, make it the perfect place for a diverse range of wild foods to flourish all year round.

This course begins at The Harrow, a charming country pub in Warlingham where there is a huge variety of wild edibles waiting to be discovered!
