Learn about several edible wild greens, that you can forage for at their very freshest from March to May. You’ll learn how and when to harvest and how best to utilise them in your cooking.
We’ll teach you the key identifying features, as well as how to use them to supplement your weekly food shop!
By the end of the session you’ll be equipped with the knowledge to safely start your foraging adventures in this abundant season. Course notes will be provided, covering everything Marlow spoke about, plus links to our hedgerow and mushroom guides.
