Our mushroom foraging online interactive Zoom course will be a broad introduction to wild mushrooms foraging throughout the UK. Included will be details of 5 mushroom families along with their poisonous lookalikes.

The 5 families if mushroom discussed will open up over 200 species of mushroom for you to forage for! Some of theses you may already be familiar with, we’ll make sure you know when, and how to harvest and how to use in your cooking, others you may not be as familiar with. We’ll teach you the key identifying features, as well as how to use then to supplement your weekly food shop!

By the end of the session you’ll be equipped with the knowledge to safely start your foraging adventures.* The course notes will be provided following the day covering all the information Marlow and the other expert foragers talks you through complete with links to our hedgerow and mushroom guides we’ll also include any recipe suggestions. Plus Questions and Answers sections.
