Autumn’s online interactive Zoom course will be mainly about mushrooms, with a dusting of late Autumn and early Winter greens – and don’t forget the nuts!
Discover what you can forage for from September to December. You’ll learn how and when to harvest and how best to utulise your finds in your cooking and storage.
We’ll teach you the key identifying features, as well as how to use then to supplement your weekly food shop!
By the end of the session you’ll be equipped with the knowledge to safely start your foraging adventures in this magical season. Course notes will be provided, covering everything Marlow spoke about, plus links to our hedgerow and mushroom guides.
