I was well impressed with your knowledge, enthusiasm and professionalism you both showed on the day, to such an extent that I have even brought two small books on this topic and have even warmed to the idea of eating wild garlic! I have received your link, via Ben of the items you found, this is an excellent idea, as it reinforces the day and acts a reference point at a later date.
