27th September 2018“Huge thanks to Eric and Marlow for this afternoons foraging course down near Ludlow today. Learnt loads and even managed to find the majority of species this evening when I took the dog for a walk – amazing what is actually out there when you know what to look for. The Hogweed and wild garlic soup and the pesto you made later was brilliant. We even managed to save that lamb from the river so a great day all round!”
