DESCRIPTION:We will be meeting on the grass outside the Smith and Western a
 t 12pm.\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather appropriate clot
 hing and footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n	A drink\n\nWhile masks are not
  mandatory\, feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable. 
 Please also bring your own cup for drinks during the walk\, and plate and 
 cutlery for the meal at the end of the course.\nUnder 12 year olds can com
 e for free\, within reason\; but please let us know how many will be comin
 g in advance.\n3:30pm is only an approximate finish time and depending on 
 certain factors\, the course could run until 4pm. \nPlease note that all 
 parking at Tilgate Park is restricted to a maximum height of 2.1 metres. I
 f your vehicle is taller you may find parking in the residential area alon
 g Titmus Drive a short walk from the meeting point.
