SUMMARY:West Sussex\, Crawley\, Tilgate Park Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:We will be meeting on the grass outside the Smith and Western a
 t 12pm.\nAll our courses start with a talk on our foraging rules. We'll th
 en set off for roughly a 2.5 hour walk around the area\, identifying the e
 dible and poisonous species we find\, and picking some for the meal later 
 on. Along the way\, we'll stop for some pre-prepared wild food treats. At 
 the end\, we'll create a meal based on what has been found. Then after the
  course\, you will be emailed course notes to help you remember everything
  you have learnt.\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather approp
 riate clothing and footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n	A drink\n\nWhile mas
 ks are not mandatory\, feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more com
 fortable. Please also bring your own cup for drinks during the walk\, and 
 plate and cutlery for the meal at the end of the course.\nUnder 12 year ol
 ds can come for free\, within reason\; but please let us know how many wil
 l be coming in advance.\n3:30pm is only an approximate finish time and dep
 ending on certain factors\, the course could run until 4pm. \nPlease note
  that all parking at Tilgate Park is restricted to a maximum height of 2.1
  metres. If your vehicle is taller you may find parking in the residential
  area along Titmus Drive a short walk from the meeting point.
