SUMMARY:Surrey\, Guildford Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able 
 to identify a selection of Spring shoots and edible plants and flowers\, p
 lus hopefully some edible spring mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet in the Shalfor
 d Park car park at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 minute introduc
 tion on what to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes wher
 e they relate to foragers.\n\nAfter a 2-3 hour walk around the park we wil
 l end the day with a wild food lunch.\n\nWe will email all of you details 
 of all the plants we find to help you remember what you have learnt.\n\nWe
  recommend you bring\n\n 	Warm protective clothing and footwear\n 	Camera\
 n 	Note pad/pen\n 	A drink\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free\, withi
 n reason\; but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.
