SUMMARY:Suffolk\, Thetford Forest Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we will identify a 
 selection of edible and poisonous Spring shoots\, plants\, flowers and hop
 efully some wild mushrooms.\n\nWe will be meeting at the St Helen's Picnic
  Site at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 minute introduction on w
 hat to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they re
 late to foragers.\n\nAfter a 2 to 3 hour walk around the area we will disc
 uss and taste our finds over a tasty wild food lunch.\n\nWe will email all
  of you details of all the plants we find to help you remember what you ha
 ve learnt a couple of days after the event.\n\nWe recommend you bring\n\n 
 	Warm protective clothing and footwear\n 	Camera\n 	Note pad/pen\n\nUnder 
 12 year olds can come for free\, within reason\; but please let us know ho
 w many will be coming in advance.
