  and footwear\nCup for refreshment during the walk\nPlate and cutlery for 
 the meal at the end of the course\nWater/drink to stay hydrated\nCamera\, 
 note pad &amp\; pen\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free – within rea
 son\, but please let us know so that we can make catering arrangements.\n\
 n3:30pm is only an approximate finish time and depending on certain factor
 s\, the course could run until 4pm.
