SUMMARY:Suffolk\, Thetford Forest Summer Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:We will meet at the St Helen's Picnic Site at 12pm.\nAll our co
 urses start with a talk on our foraging rules. We'll then set off for roug
 hly a 2.5 hour walk around the area\, identifying the edible and poisonous
  species we find\, and picking some for the meal later on. Along the way\,
  we'll stop for some pre-prepared wild food treats. At the end\, we'll cre
 ate a meal based on what has been found. Then after the course\, you will 
 be emailed course notes to help you remember everything you have learnt.\n
 We recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather appropriate clothing and 
 footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n	A drink\n\nWhile masks are not mandator
 y\, feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable. Please al
 so bring your own cup for drinks during the walk\, and plate and cutlery f
 or the meal at the end of the course.\nUnder 12 year olds can come for fre
 e\, within reason\; but please let us know how many will be coming in adva
 nce.\n3:30pm is only an approximate finish time and depending on certain f
 actors\, the course could run until 4pm.
