SUMMARY:Hampshire\, South Downs Summer Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able 
 to identify a selection of edible plants\, flowers\, fruits and hopefully 
 some edible summer mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet outside the Queen Elizabeth 
 Country Park visitor centre at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 min
 ute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the general countrysid
 e codes where they relate to foragers.\n\nAfter a 2-3 hour walk around the
  park we will end the day with a wild food lunch.\n\nWe will email all of 
 you details of all the plants we find to help you remember what you have l
 earnt.\n\nWe recommend you bring\n\n 	Warm protective clothing and footwea
 r\n 	Camera\n 	Note pad/pen\n 	A drink\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for 
 free\, within reason\; but please let us know how many will be coming in a
 dvance.
