SUMMARY:Hampshire\, South Downs Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:We will be meeting in the Visitor Centre car park at 12pm.\nAll
  our courses start with a talk on our foraging rules. We'll then set off f
 or roughly a 2.5 hour walk around the area\, identifying the edible and po
 isonous species we find\, and picking some for the meal later on. Along th
 e way\, we'll stop for some pre-prepared wild food treats. At the end\, we
 'll create a meal based on what has been found. Then after the course\, yo
 u will be emailed course notes to help you remember everything you have le
 arnt.\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather appropriate clothi
 ng and footwear\n	Cup to try our (warm) drinks during the walk\n	Plate and
  cutlery for the meal at the end of the course\n	Water / drink to stay hyd
 rated\n	Camera\, note pad &amp\; pen\n\nWhile masks are not mandatory\, fe
 el free to wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable. \n\nUnder 12 ye
 ar olds can come for free\, within reason\; but please let us know how man
 y will be coming in advance.\n3:30pm is only an approximate finish time an
 d depending on certain factors\, the course could run until 4pm.
