SUMMARY:Hampshire\, South Downs Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able 
 to identify a selection of Spring shoots and edible plants and flowers\, p
 lus hopefully some edible spring mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet outside the Qu
 een Elizabeth Country Park visitor centre at 12pm. The course starts there
  with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and a brief of the gene
 ral countryside codes where they relate to foragers.\n\nAfter a 2-3 hour w
 alk around the park we will end the day with a wild food lunch.\n\nWe will
  email all of you details of all the plants we find to help you remember w
 hat you have learnt.\n\nWe recommend you bring\n\n 	Warm protective clothi
 ng and footwear\n 	Camera\n 	Note pad/pen\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come f
 or free\, within reason\; but please let us know how many will be coming i
 n advance.
