DESCRIPTION:We will meet at the Bottom Field* at 11am.\nWe recommend you br

  but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.\n2:30pm is onl
 y an approximate finish time and depending on certain factors\, the course
  could run until 3pm.\n*Our meeting point will be at the Bottom Field\, no
 t at the Visitor Centre. Once you pass the entry gate simply drive forward
  along the road and you will arrive to Bottom Field in a few seconds. Once
  the road bends to the left the Bottom Field will be the grass area on the
  right. You can park your car in the field (the grass area is actually a p
 arking space). If you arrive early and park by the Visitor Center the Bott
 om Field is only a short walk away through the meadow (roughly 300m/275yar
 ds)\nThe number of seats available is limited\, but guests are welcome to 
 bring picnic mats or chairs.
