 we recommend you bring:\n\nComfortable\, weather appropriate clothing and 
 footwear\nCup for refreshment during the walk\nPlate and cutlery for the m
 eal at the end of the course\nWater/drink to stay hydrated\nCamera\, note 
 pad &amp\; pen\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free – within reason\,
  but please let us know so that we can make catering arrangements.\n\n3.30
 pm is only an approximate finish time and depending on circumstances\, the
  course could run until 4pm.
