DESCRIPTION:Our spring foraging course in Exeter will be approximately a th
 ree hour walk taking in Riverside Valley Park and surrounds.\n\nThis cours
 e is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able to identify a selecti
 on of Spring shoots and edible plants and flowers\, plus hopefully some ed
 ible spring mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet in the garden of the Double Locks H
 otel at 12pm. The course starts there with a 20 minute introduction on wha
 t to look for and a brief of the general countryside codes where they rela
 te to foragers.\n\nAfter a 2 to 3 hour walk around the woods we will go ba
 ck to the Double Locks to discuss and taste our finds.\n\nWe will email al
 l of you details of all the plants we find to help you remember what you h
 ave learnt.\n\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Warm protective clothing and foo
 twear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free\, wi
 thin reason\; but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.\n
 Drinks at the pub are not included.
