SUMMARY:Edinburgh\, Pentland Hills Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able 
 to identify a selection of edible Spring shoots\, plants\, flowers and hop
 efully mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet at the Flotterstone Inn at 12pm. The cou
 rse starts there with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and a b
 rief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers.\n\nAf
 ter a 2 to 3 hour walk around the woods we will discuss and taste our find
 s over a tasty wild food lunch.\n\nWe will email all of you details of all
  the plants we find to help you remember what you have learnt.\n\nWe recom
 mend you bring\n\n 	Warm protective clothing and footwear\n 	Camera\n 	Not
 e pad/pen\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free\, within reason\; but pl
 ease let us know how many will be coming in advance.\n\nDrinks at the pub 
 are not included.
