SUMMARY:Cumbria\, Bitts Park Summer Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:We will meet outside at the Bitts Park car park at 11pm\nAll ou
 r courses start with a talk on our foraging rules. We'll then set off for 
 roughly a 2.5 hour walk around the area\, identifying the edible and poiso
 nous species we find\, and picking some for the meal later on. Along the w
 ay\, we'll stop for some pre-prepared wild food treats. At the end\, we'll
  create a meal based on what has been found. Then after the course\, you w
 ill be emailed course notes to help you remember everything you have learn
 t.\n&nbsp\;\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather appropriate 
 clothing and footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n	A drink\n\n&nbsp\;\nWhile 
 masks are not mandatory\, feel free to wear one if it makes you feel more 
 comfortable. Please also bring your own cup for drinks during the walk\, a
 nd plate and cutlery for the meal at the end of the course.\nUnder 12 year
  olds can come for free\, within reason\; but please let us know how many 
 will be coming in advance.\n2:30pm is only an approximate finish time and 
 depending on certain factors\, the course could run until 3pm.
