SUMMARY:Carmarthenshire\, Glynhir Estate Spring Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:Unless you are staying at the lovely accommodation on offer at 
 the Glynhir Estate\; we will meet outside the Glynhir Mansion at 12pm.\nAl
 l our courses start with a talk on our foraging rules. We'll then set off 
 for roughly a 2.5 hour walk around the area\, identifying the edible and p
 oisonous species we find\, and picking some for the meal later on. Along t
 he way\, we'll stop for some pre-prepared wild food treats. At the end\, w
 e'll create a meal based on what has been found. Then after the course\, y
 ou will be emailed course notes to help you remember everything you have l
 earnt.\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Comfortable\, weather appropriate cloth
 ing and footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n	A drink\n\nPlease bring your ow
 n cup for drinks during the walk\, and plate and cutlery for the meal at t
 he end of the course.\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free\, within reaso
 n\; but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.\n3:30pm is 
 only an approximate finish time and depending on certain factors\, the cou
 rse could run until 4pm. \nToilets are available at the Estate.
