SUMMARY:Cardiff\, Wales Summer Foraging Course
DESCRIPTION:This course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be able 
 to identify a selection of edible and poisonous plants\, flowers\, fruits 
 and hopefully some tasty Summer mushrooms.\n\nWe will meet at the Castle S
 treet entrance to the park beside the Pettigrew Tea Rooms at 12pm. The cou
 rse starts there with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and a b
 rief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers. Tea o
 r coffee is available from the cafe.\n\nAfter a 2 to 3 hour walk around th
 e Park we will discuss and taste our finds over a tasty wild food lunch.\n
 \nWe will email all of you details of all the plants we find to help you r
 emember what you have learnt a couple of days after the course.\n\nWe reco
 mmend you bring\n\n 	Warm protective clothing and footwear\n 	Camera\n 	No
 te pad/pen\n 	A drink\n\nUnder 12 year olds can come for free\, within rea
 son\; but please let us know how many will be coming in advance.\n\nDrinks
  at the cafe are not included.
