SUMMARY:Cardiff Spring/Summer Foraging Courses
DESCRIPTION:We have visited Bute Park in Cardiff before many times and foun
 d numerous edible plants and mushrooms. It is one of our favourite foragin
 g venues.\n\nThis course is a simple foraging walk where we hope to be abl
 e to identify a selection of Spring shoots and edible plants and flowers\,
  plus hopefully some edible wild mushrooms :).\n\nWe will meet at the Cast
 le Street entrance to the park beside the Pettigrew Tea Rooms at 12pm. The
  course starts there with a 20 minute introduction on what to look for and
  a brief of the general countryside codes where they relate to foragers. T
 ea or coffee is available from the cafe.\n\nAfter a 2 to 3 hour walk aroun
 d the Park we will go through our finds and answer any questions.\n\nWe wi
 ll email all of you details of all the plants we find to help you remember
  what you have learnt a couple of days after the event.\n\nPlease arrive p
 romptly. We will start the walk at 12:20.\n\nWe recommend you bring\n\n	Wa
 rm protective clothing and footwear\n	Camera\n	Note pad/pen\n
