 \, Shiitake\nPart 3\, June 11th: Lion's Mane\, Cordyceps\, Honey Fungus\, 
 Jelly Ear and Wood Ear\, Enokitake\n\nFirst\, we are going to go through t
 heir mycological description\, because there are too many misconceptions a
 bout the scientific name and origin of some of the species.\n\nThen their 
 biologically active compounds and their benefits\, their traditional appli
 cations and their role in modern\, evidence-based mycotherapy.\n\nThen we 
 will cover how you can make some home remedies for yourself.\n\nFinally\, 
 the evidences behind the traditional usage and modern application.\n\nDisc
 laimer: Please bear in mind that Attila is not a physician\, neither a pha
 rmacist\, nor a nutritional therapist\, so he won’t prescribe you a ther
 apy\, but he is going to inform you about both the traditional and modern
